Madre Isla Farm is a project that combines the communitarian economy and volunteer work with education and ecology. This complex is made up of 5 cabins with double bunk beds, bathrooms and a 40 person capacity. It also provides a dinning/ activity room and a camping area of 6.4 acres bordering Garzas Lake and Guilarte Forest.
Madre Isla Farm receives visits all year-round from local and national students, professors, schools and community groups. The economic contribution given by these groups helps pay areas’ maintenance and support Casa Pueblo’s self sufficiency.
