
La Olimpia Forest and the new Communitarian Management Agreement – 2004 |

As part of its sustainable development strategy, Casa Pueblo developeds a wide broad campaign until in November 2004 that obtaineds two properties from the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources (DENR) with funds from Law 268. The 560 acres becaome a part of La Olimpia Forest in Adjuntas. It alsoAdditionally, amends the the agreement with the DENR was ammended so that where Casa Pueblo took ontakes the role of communitarian manager of another forest reserve protected by law.
